In this work, bimanual interaction techniques will be combined with use cases for mobile augmented reality. The advantages of augmented scenes are used to help people fulfill tasks. A set of multitouch gestures will be introduced and characterized, which manipulate a real object while solving a task. The acquired results serve as the groundwork for the realization of a prototype for mobile gadgets. The field of application for this work is ambient assisted living and technical service for large concerns.
