We are currently looking for a motivated and creative student assistant to support our lab in the area of media design and general research assistance tasks.
Task Description
The following tasks may be part of the role:
- Editing research videos
- Creating illustrations and diagrams for publications and lecture materials
- Documentation of projects and research results (e.g., as websites)
- Assisting with the creation of prototypes (3D printing, design, small crafting tasks)
- Other general research support tasks within the lab
Requirements
- Proficiency in German and English
- Experience with image editing and figure creation (e.g., Adobe, Affinity)
- Video editing skills (DaVinci Resolve or similar)
- Familiarity with web technologies
- Interest or experience in 3D printing (Prusa or similar)
- Enjoyment of hands-on and crafting activities
Not all requirements are mandatory. Ideally, you bring at least two of the listed skills or interests.
Conditions
- Working hours and employment duration negotiable
- Flexible working hours
- Partially remote possible
- Payment based on SHK hourly rate
